Hayes currently works at Honeywell in the ADI division as Manager of eCommerce UX and Marketing. His focus is eCommerce marketing, design and user experience. He works closely with senior management to write requirements, design the customer experience and test online enhancements.
At HCi Hayes developed a social media site for an on-line Motorcycle client. The site has been developed using PHP modules. The project was focused on creating a community using blogging and video reviews.
Hayes was the Manager of Web Application Development at a large e-commerce marketing firm. He managed a team of Java, Oracle and Flash developers. He worked closely with Marketing, QA and Customer Service to launch new offers and address any site issues in a timely manner.
In Hayes’ previous position he was Executive Creative Director managing a team involved in many on-line areas including: Design and user interface for over 30 ecommerce sites, information architecture, Ad banner/HTML email campaigns, creative marketing strategy, interactive content features, SEO, front-end coding and project management.
